You can order anytime, but the sooner the better to lock in your order and guarantee delivery before Christmas! Couriers are experiencing longer delays than usual this year.
If you prefer we can send your gift closer to Christmas or on any date of your choosing. Simply leave us a message in the ‘personalise your message’ box at checkout as shown below:
The final courier cut off date for Christmas orders is before 23 December so we will be posting parcels until this date but please order ahead to make sure your gift gets under the tree.
Of course! For all orders we are sending direct to the recipient we will automatically gift wrap our Chuffed Tubes for you. If you would like yours gift wrapped and we are delivering to you, please let us know by leaving a message in the ‘personalise your message’ box at checkout.

We do not include receipts or packing orders. These documents will be emailed to you.
All orders need to be placed by Tuesday 21st December to give your Chuffed gift the best chance of getting to where it needs to be for Christmas. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery packages.
Couriers often experience delays around Christmas and with Covid delays this year also, we recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure Christmas delivery.
We will continue to send all orders right up until Christmas Eve, but unfortunately cannot ensure delivery before Christmas once it’s with the courier.
As always, shipping is free! All postage costs are included in every package, so there is no additional charge at checkout for Christmas shipping.
We can! Simply tick the box ‘Do you want us to send it to someone else?’ and enter the recipients details when prompted at checkout. We’ll send your Christmas gift straight to them to any New Zealand address. You can also add a note to the gift and have it gift wrapped, all ready for the lucky recipient.
All Chuffed gifts are valid for two years, which means your gift recipient has loads of time to use it whenever suits!
All our experience providers are operating as usual except for those currently in higher alert levels. From 2022 we expect with the easing of Covid restrictions, that all experiences will be operating across New Zealand.
If for any Covid-related reason your gift recipient is unable to redeem their gift in two years, we can extend the validity.
