The advertised price covers the experience that they choose from all the displayed options in each gift. There are no additional costs.

The recipient has a full two years to use the gift from the date of purchase.

The experiences are for either 1 or 2 people.  Within each experience listing a symbol  or clearly identifies this.

Yes – we are constantly adding more experience options into each gift as we contract more experience partners. All gift recipients will have access to new experiences as we add them.

Just have them contact our friendly Kiwi customer service team, we’ll track the gift down and reissue an electronic version to them.
