Yes. Choose an interactive e-gift at checkout and it will be sent to your email inbox, usually within a minute of purchase. You’ll receive a printable PDF and a unique link you can share by email, text or messaging app. See an example e-gift.

Your e-gift should arrive within a minute of your successful purchase. Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t see it. If it hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes, email hello@chuffedgifts.co.nz and the team can send it manually.

Yes. Enter your recipient’s New Zealand delivery address at checkout, and we’ll courier the gift straight to their door. You can include a personalised message, and we won’t put receipts or packing slips in the parcel. Your order information will be emailed to you.

Physical gift orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day. NZ Post overnight courier generally delivers to urban addresses on the next business day after dispatch; allow around two business days for rural addresses. Orders placed from 2pm Friday or over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday. We don’t dispatch on public holidays, and courier delays can occasionally occur. These times are in New Zealand local time.

Delivery to New Zealand addresses is free. Courier costs are included in the gift price, so there is no additional shipping charge at checkout.

No. Physical Chuffed gifts are couriered within New Zealand only. If you’re buying from overseas for someone in New Zealand, you can still have the gift delivered to their NZ address, or choose an e-gift.

No problem. Choose an e-gift at checkout instead. It will be emailed to you so you can forward the link to your recipient whenever you’re ready, or print the PDF.

If you want a physical gift delivered around a special date, add a note at checkout with your preferred delivery date. Chuffed will aim to time dispatch so it arrives on or just before that date, although courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Add your message at checkout. For a physical gift it will be printed and included with the parcel; for an e-gift you can include a personal message with your gift.

Every gift includes a unique ticket code and simple instructions. Your recipient visits the Chuffed Redemption Zone, browses the experiences available with their gift and selects one they’d most love to do. They then redeem their code for their chosen experience.

Chuffed gifts purchased now are valid for three years from the purchase date, giving your recipient plenty of time to choose their experience.
