When will the gift validity start?
All gifts purchased between now and Christmas day will have an expiry date of 25 December 2026 – so a full 2 years from Christmas day
Can I buy now but delay delivery?
Tick ‘Delay courier until 16th December‘ at checkout and we’ll send out your order the week of 16th December. (Especially useful if you are getting it sent to the recipient for Christmas).
Can I get it wrapped?
Select wrapping at checkout, so it will arrive wrapped and ready to go under the tree.
When is the courier cut-off?
Couriers get busy, so if you’re shopping for a physical gift, be safe by ordering before Thursday 19 December.
Are there any discount codes?

Frequently asked questions for Christmas gifts
CourierPost advises to order before 19 December 2024 to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Outside of that – you can always give an e-gift, which will arrive in your inbox in seconds after payment confirmation.
It’s ready to send off via email, text, messenger… etc.
This is no problem, we understand you may want it to arrive as close to Christmas as possible. You can tick a ‘delay delivery till 16th December‘ box at checkout and we will hold onto the order until then. This is useful if you are ordering from outside New Zealand, or are not going to see the recipients before Christmas but want to get your shopping done now!
That’s easy to sort! You have a couple of options
1. Get it sent to yourself. If you are seeing the person soon, you can give it to them in person
or

The advertised price covers the experience that they choose from all the displayed options in each gift. There are no additional costs.

Yes totally! Enter your message for the recipient at the checkout. For physical gifts, we’ll print it and put it in a gift card. For e-gifts, it will be revealed in the loading screen after a fun interaction. They’ll love getting a message from you!
Yes – we are constantly adding more experience options into each gift as we contract more experience partners. All gift recipients will have access to new experiences as we add them.
All they have to do is follow the simple instructions in the gift. It will take them to a webpage where they can choose which experience they most want to do.
Then follow the easy step by step process from there.
