When will the gift expire?
All gifts purchased between now and Christmas day will have an expiry date of 25 December 2026 – so a full 2 years from Christmas day
When is the courier cut off?
What if it doesn’t arrive before Xmas?
All Chuffed orders come with an instantly delivered Electronic gift. This will be emailed to you with your order confirmation email, so you have a great backup for the physical gift!
How fast is delivery?
We use an overnight service with NZ post that delivers 99% of orders received before 2pm on business days the next working day.
What if I have left it very last minute?
Our fun & personalised e-gift is delivered instantly to your inbox, ready to send off via email, text, messenger… etc.

CourierPost advises to order before 19 December 2024 to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Outside of that – you can always give an e-gift, which will arrive in your inbox in seconds after payment confirmation.
It’s ready to send off via email, text, messenger… etc.
That’s easy to sort! You have a couple of options
1. Get it sent to yourself. If you are seeing the person soon, you can give it to them in person
or

The advertised price covers the experience that they choose from all the displayed options in each gift. There are no additional costs.
All gifts ordered from now until the 25 December 2024 expire on 25 December 2026 – giving a full 2 years from Christmas Day.
Yes totally! Enter your message for the recipient at the checkout. For physical gifts, we’ll print it and put it in a gift card. For e-gifts, it will be revealed in the loading screen after a fun interaction. They’ll love getting a message from you!
Yes – we are constantly adding more experience options into each gift as we contract more experience partners. All gift recipients will have access to new experiences as we add them.
All they have to do is follow the simple instructions in the gift. It will take them to a webpage where they can choose which experience they most want to do.
Then follow the easy step by step process from there.
We’re always around to help them out also!
