The price of the gift reflects the average retail price of the individual experiences in it. For example a gift selling for $329 means all the experiences within it are of similar  value.

The advertised price covers the experience that they choose from all the displayed options in each gift. There are no additional costs.

The recipient has a full two years to use the gift from the date of purchase.

99% of the experiences in our family gifts are for two adults and two children. However, if the recipient family wishes to use their gift for a different number of adults and children, or add additional tickets they can contact our friendly team to arrange this.

Yes – we are constantly adding more experience options into each gift as we contract more experience partners. All gift recipients will have access to new experiences as we add them.

Just have them contact our friendly Kiwi customer service team, we’ll track the gift down and reissue an electronic version to them
