Summer Holiday FAQs

Thank you for your interest in Chuffed Gifts, here is all the useful information that buyers and recipients of gifts will need over the NZ holiday period from December 24th– January 6th.

Orders & Shipping

We are shipping orders on the 27th, 30th, and 31st of December, as well as the 3rd of January. These orders will be shipped via an overnight courier service that should arrive on the next business day; however, we do expect that some delays during this period are possible.

We highly encourage buyers to consider our e-gift only option through this period. Our e-gifts are instantly delivered to your inbox so you can print these out or pass them on digitally. For more information on our e-gifts please click here.

Chuffed Gifts Hours

Our team is enjoying the holiday period after an incredibly busy rush right up until the 24th! We will monitor our customer inbox at hello@chuffedgifts.co.nz for urgent inquiries over the break. Non-urgent inquiries will be responded to between 12-3pm on the 27th, 30th, and 31st of December, as well as the 3rd of January.
