Superb, friendly service

I decided to send a last minute Christmas gift to my son in NZ. Unfortunately I left it too late for the courier service to get it to him in time, but Chuffed were superb in e-mailing it to me to forward to him on the day. This doesn’t sound too special but the exchange of mail between myself and James at Chuffed was so quick and friendly as to convince me that this deserved mention. Full marks to James and Chuffed – I will be using this service again!
