A whole new way to discover Queenstown if you’re seeking a heightened thrill level or are short on time as it’s all done and dusted in an hour.
Guests will be met by their tour guides and fitted with their harnesses and helmets before ziplining from treehouse to treehouse ending with a 21 metre drop which lands you 1/3 of the way down Bob’s Peak mountain.
The ziplines are gravity fed, so guests do not have to worry about controlling their own speed. Two tour guides will accompany the minimum 2, maximum 8 guests per tour. One guide to connect (launch platform) and one guide to disconnect (landing platform) each and every guest.
You will finish your tour back where you started, at the Ziptrek Treehouse, as there is a short 10min uphill walk after the last zipline.
The educational component provides a unique insight into the surrounding environment on a local scale as well as information on Queenstown and its native species.
